TLC Precision Peptides LLC reserves the right to correct pricing errors, product information errors, website inaccuracies, or other mistakes at any time. If an order is affected by a pricing error or website error, TLC Precision Peptides LLC may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method when appropriate.

An order is not guaranteed until payment has been completed, accepted, and the order has been reviewed and accepted by TLC Precision Peptides LLC.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and payment information when placing an order.

10. Shipping and Delivery

TLC Precision Peptides LLC currently ships within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after payment has been received and accepted. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

TLC Precision Peptides LLC currently ships through USPS. Orders are shipped with tracking when available. Delivery is based on carrier-confirmed tracking information.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, TLC Precision Peptides LLC considers the package delivered.

TLC Precision Peptides LLC is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather delays
  • Holiday delays
  • Service interruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after carrier-confirmed delivery
  • Failure to retrieve or accept a delivered package

If your claim is approved, TLC Precision Peptides LLC will issue a replacement for the item purchased. Refunds may be considered only when a replacement item is unavailable or when TLC Precision Peptides LLC determines that a refund is appropriate.

All replacements, credits, or refunds are issued at the sole discretion of TLC Precision Peptides LLC.
